That's Enough for Me

 

 

Some people doubt our God is real—
His mercies they fail to see,
But each time I view the sunrise…
Friend, that’s enough for me.
Another day to breathe and live—
A gift of mercy indeed!—
Given by our great Creator…
How could we not believe?

Some people doubt the Son of God
Bore our sin on Calv’ry’s Tree,
But His precious blood changed my life…
And that’s enough for me.
Abundant joy in His Kingdom—
Forgiveness, contentment, peace—
A Shepherd to guide our footsteps…
Blessings that never cease.

Some people doubt the existence
Of that Home beyond the sea,
But it’s recorded in God’s Word…
And that’s enough for me.
Many mansions and streets of gold
Are in that Land of the free,
But just to be where Jesus is…
That’s Enough for Me!

 

Jesus said: “In my Father’s house are many mansions:
If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive
You unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.”
(Jn 14:2-4)
