God Loves You!

 

 

The kindest words for old and young,
From either pen or gentle tongue,
Are these: God Loves You!

Words so simple, yet so profound,
Can draw the lost to Holy Ground,
Bringing conviction to the soul,
Warming a heart that’s hard and cold.
Before this world was formed and styled,
He knew the name of every child—
Every woman and every man
Are a vital part of His plan.
God Loves You!

Yes, He loves His creatures, each one,
So much He sent His only Son
To redeem souls from sin’s dark realm
To live eternally with Him;
The best gift anyone receives
Is the new life when he believes—
Past sins removed forevermore…
A home prepared on Heaven’s shore.
God Loves You!

Friend, so many would love to hear
Those three little words so sincere,
Their hearts just cannot comprehend
That God could love such sinful men;
They’ve not yet seen the rugged Cross,
And the blood that flowed for the lost…
Let us take the Gospel to all
That they might hear the tender call…
God Loves You!
